I am excited to apply for the position of Scientist in High-Throughput Assay Development and Antibody Discovery at Novartis. With a strong background in mammalian cell culture, immunoassays (ELISA), FACS, and functional cell-based assays, I am eager to contribute my technical expertise and collaborative mindset to your team. My experience in oncology—gained through an internship and my Master’s thesis—has further deepened my interest in targeted therapies and innovative drug discovery.

During my academic and professional work, I have developed a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality data. For example, I adapted and optimized certain cell-based assays, to bee able to screen for synergy between to compounds, the centerpiece of my master's thesis. My ability to work seamlessly within interdisciplinary teams aligns well with Novartis’ collaborative culture, and I thrive in environments where shared goals drive scientific progress.
